Things you should do on your Quarantine
- Phone a Friend - This is the best time you know when all of your friends are actually not busy.And obvious all of them are available there for attending your call. So without wasting your time when you are getting bored call them.
- Work out at home - I have my dumbells at home but only one set of 7 kg. So whenever my stomach is empty i urge to do push ups, situps, anything which is enjoyable.The whole day you feel good after doing your workout, trust me.
- Read Five Books that you've intended to but just not have time - There's enough time now. But without breaking your reading glass because i broked them .
- Write a poem or anything you love to write - Like i am doing right now .Last night someone special for me said that She wants to write on blogs. And i am strictly inspired and here i am after instant 7 hrs when i was thinking to write on.
- Commune With Nature - Walk around in the sun or at the time of Dusk at a healthy distance from other humans. Trust me your inner soul will feel better ever from that moment, so give it a chance.Walk with your pets , don't live them alone they are actually the one with you right now.
- Cook - You already know, there is no chance for outside food now . And we are unreachable to our most favourite thing and that is junk food .And finally we got a chance to heal our body from that junk food eating we did. So cook in your home with your mom. May be this will usefull for you in future .
